Pico Project Swan’s SDK has been released to the public, revealing key design elements and an optional controller for the headset, which is scheduled for release in 2026.
Renowned data scientist and frequent leaker Luna apparently obtained several Project Swan training videos hidden within the publicly available Pico SDK.
Luna, who has previously leaked information about several devices, including the Meta Ray-Ban Display, further confirmed the authenticity of the videos below.
What it shows: A headset heavily inspired by the Apple Vision Pro and Samsung Galaxy XR, as it appears to include a separate battery pack and fabric head strap like the Vision Pro, as well as a housing similar to the Galaxy XR.
The video also shows a separate battery pack with five LED indicators, a USB Type-C charging port, a power button, and what appears to be a removable headset connector. The images also show side-firing speakers, removable headband supports, multiple spatial tracking cameras, and a pair of motion controllers. The leak comes shortly after Pico revealed additional technical details about the Swan project.
Project Swan is currently scheduled for a global launch in late 2026, and Pico is expected to share more details and demonstrate the device in action during a developer session at GDC 2026 next week.
