The world of The Boys is entering virtual reality. In 2026, Arvore Studios, in partnership with Sony Pictures Virtual Reality, will release the VR game The Boys: Trigger Warning, created with the participation of showrunner Eric Kripke.

Players will join the Boys team and infiltrate the corrupt Vought International corporation to confront corrupt superheroes.

The project will feature the original cast. Laz Alonso (Mother’s Milk), Colby Minifie (Ashley Barrett), and P.J. Byrne (Adam Burke) will reprise their roles. Jensen Ackles, who played Soldier Boy, will appear in the game as a specially created “twisted version” of his character.

As Arvore Studio’s founder noted, the game’s development involved extensive collaboration with the series’ writers and other creators to preserve its signature style, humor, and atmosphere. The game’s announcement coincided with the news of the series’ impending end.

The game will be released on Meta Quest and PlayStation VR, and pre-orders are now open for $23.99.
