Meta has released a version of the Threads* app for the Meta Quest virtual reality headset.
The developers have fully adapted the social network’s interface for VR while maintaining the platform’s full functionality. Wearers can browse the feed, interact with posts, and create their own without leaving the virtual environment.
“The app is optimized for multitasking, allowing you to open the Threads feed alongside other apps—for example, while playing a game or watching a video,” the company notes.
Threads for Meta Quest is now available to all users in the Meta Quest Store. Last month, the company also released a special version of the app for Ray-Ban smart glasses.
