Along with the remaster, a special VR version is being developed – Syberia VR – for Meta Quest 3 and 3S. This version promises full immersion in the unique world of Sokal, allowing you to experience the game’s iconic locations up close in virtual reality.
Syberia was released in 2002. More than twenty years later, it still has many fans thanks to its fascinating plot, mysterious atmosphere and pleasant visuals, which, however, have become outdated along with the gameplay. The presence of an audience made it possible to plan a remaster, which should eliminate some of the shortcomings that appeared as a result of the inevitable deterioration.
Syberia VR for Quest 3 is a separate version, it is being created in parallel with the remaster, since VR has its own laws of game design, which need to be adjusted to a project from computer monitors.
Syberia VR doesn’t have a Horizon Store page yet, but it’s set to launch alongside the other versions.
