The Steam Frame has appeared on Steam, a sign that Valve’s new VR headset is coming soon.

The Steam store now has a “Great on Frame” page. It features games well-suited for Valve’s new VR headset. The selection is currently limited to just four titles, but should expand significantly over time. The list includes, for example, Portal 2, The Lab, and Into the Dark.

Insider Brad Lynch suggests that this page will open on the headset itself when Steam is launched.

The Steam Frame will be equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 ARM processor and a special version of SteamOS. Games will be able to run locally on the device or stream images from a computer. The price of the new gadget is unknown. It will likely be higher than originally planned, as the headset also has limited memory.Signs of an imminent release.

In addition to the updated store interface, hardware data also indicates that the Steam Frame is now ready for use. Specifically, the Steam Frame wireless adapter is now listed as “released” in the company’s system.

These changes indicate that Valve is finalizing preparations for the ecosystem launch before the official announcement.
