At Summer Game Fest 2025, Deadpool VR was presented – a game where the chatty mercenary appears in a virtual reality format. The trailer opens with a bright scene: Deadpool effectively eliminates an enemy with a shot to the head.
The developers promise exactly what players can expect from a Deadpool project. Here you will be able to fight with the mercenary’s severed limbs and control his decapitated body under the character’s signature black jokes with the destruction of the “fourth wall”. Players will also be given pistols and a katana, which will allow them to throw at opponents, and a grappling hook for mobile movement through the levels. By the way, the actor Neil Patrick Harris gave Deadpool his voice.
Deadpool VR will be the first full-fledged game about the chatty mercenary in many years and at the same time one of the few VR projects under the Marvel license.
