Steam has released Into the Radius 2, an immersive survival shooter in the spirit of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. for virtual reality headsets. The action takes place in a surreal world filled with deadly anomalies.
Into the Radius 2 offers to immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the post-Soviet Zone using virtual reality technologies. The developers not only preserved the spirit of the original, but also significantly expanded the gaming experience, which can at least partially quench the thirst for adventure for those who are eagerly awaiting the new S.T.A.L.K.E.R. The sequel takes place in the mysterious Pechora Anomaly – a territory with surreal landscapes reminiscent of the famous Zone. Here, players will take on the role of an Explorer working for the United Nations of the Pechora Special Committee.
The sequel retains some of the first game’s favorite features, including detailed weapons and gadgets, a complex loot management system, and the freedom to explore dangerous environments filled with anomalies and sinister enemies.
