Marvel’s Deadpool VR developers showed a new trailer for the game at Gamescom 2025, dedicated to the plot component of the title.
The new product was announced just over two months ago. Unlike the films, Deadpool is voiced by Neil Patrick Harris, not Ryan Reynolds
The trailer reveals that supervillain Mojo, voiced by John Leguizamo, will contract you to kidnap talent for a new show for his galaxy-spanning streaming platform. The hero will kidnap villains from the Marvel Universe, including Mephisto, Lady Deathstrike, Omega Red, and Ultimo.
Meta specifies that the game “combines parkour with a free-roaming combat system that allows you to get creative with your hacking, slashing, and shooting.”
The developers also revealed the game’s release date – Marvel’s Deadpool VR will be released on November 18, 2025, exclusively for Meta Quest 3 and 3S.
